A well-known established corrugated packaging company requires the above to provide commercial and operational support by coordinating, liaising with customers, principals, and colleagues, and handling all key internal sales administrative responsibilities for the company ensuring that customers' expectations are met at all times.Minimum Requirements For The RoleA matric and previous experience having worked in an internal sales administrative or customer services or related role within any industry as long as the person has dealt with stock and distribution is essential.Must be computer literate with basic Excel skills.The successful candidate must be able to work independently and manage all client enquiries and related queries coming into the business.Must have attention to detail and be highly organised and self-motivated.Must be a team player and be able to work independently, but also in a team.Must be familiar with CRM systems and practices.The successful candidate should be customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible ForReceiving, processing, and monitoring customer orders and manufacturing orders.Capturing sales orders and following up on deliveries.Accurately defining and maintaining customer and product data on the ERP System.Liaising and assisting customers with orders, back-orders queries, and following up, both on email and telephonically.Liaising with warehousing and distribution and planning departments to track client order completion.Following up on daily reports for stock and deliveries.Liaising with customers and senior management on a daily basis to update them on the progress of orders and to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.Liaising with production planning and warehousing regarding any queries and costing on products related to stock holding.Ensuring that all customer complaints, issues, and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion, including account queries.Updating customers on shipment details on a regular basis.Following up on various documentation from overseas suppliers and customers.Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.Desired SkillsCorrugated PackagingInternal Sales AdministratorCustomer Services
