Minimum Requirements:Grade 12Internal sales experienceExperience with export documentationSAP experienceExcellent telephone manner Duties and Responsibilities:Process customer purchase orders and quarterly price updates.Request and control documentation for export customers.Approve sales orders and quotations.Create pro forma invoices.Update batch reports and client price masters on SAP.Process credit and debit memos.Handle pickings and repacking.Manage the entire export process, including documentation and communication.Back up for Reception and Operations Manager.Generate sales reports, pending reports, and other reports as required the rest of the teamConduct monthly stock takes.Create new clients on SAP and convert prospective clients to SAP clients.Assist Operations Manager with deliveries.Support Production with blend sheets and labels on SAP.Provide clients with COAs and other required documents.Customer Support and Resolution:Resolve customer complaints and queries via phone and email.Update client master data on SAP.Order raw materials from suppliers and process GRNs.Inform customers of delivery dates and delays.Assist Operations Manager with deliveries.
