Role Purpose:
To provide overall support to clients that utilize the bank's digital channels, with a focus on performing FX transactions.
Are you someone who can:

Check Vantage for the Specialist assigned to Excon vetting and follow up
Deal with client queries around why payments are not being transitioned from portal to Bank – e.g. Get Quote etc.
Identify clients that are "under surveillance," particularly in respect of those facing Reg 12 blocking orders by SARB
Follow up with the Compliance Docs team in helping uplift such blocking orders
Follow up with the FRB's Payment Screening team (e.g. Payments to Grey listed countries like Turkey) & escalate transactions that have bottlenecked
Follow up with Frontline on transactions that require Dynamics cases to be resolved due to payment screening
Assist clients that are unable to reconcile bank charges – particularly those fees raised by foreign banks and where their references do not match our Payment references
Follow up with credit where transactions require credit approval – especially where these are stalled

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a minimum of Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualification
Have 5 - 10 years' experience in dealing with Forex products in a Client Service environment
Have Financial Services/Banking industry experience (preferred)
