Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service (CS) / Service Reception (SR) Administrator at a big dealership located in Cape Town (CBD).Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and assist with scheduling service appointments.Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and via phone, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Manage service documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with invoicing and payments.Liaise between customers, service advisors, and technicians to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.Assist with warranty claims and service plan administration.Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work well under pressurePlease note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
