Sales order processing –accurate capturing and processing of sales orders onto ERP system
Report discrepancieswith sales orders in terms of margins, stock levels, etc.
Back order monitoringand processing
Assist Product Managerswith inventory management by monitoring and reporting unusual orders, newopportunities and customer requirements in terms of usage, quantity, etc.
Ongoing communicationwith AM's and PM's to ensure optimisation of stock availability
Liaise with customersand operations on the tracking and progress of deliveries, informing customersof any unforeseen delays
Handle customer queriesand enquiries.
Provide feedback toAccount Managers, on customer activities/complaints concerning their portfolioof customers.
Identify sales leads andrefer to relevant Account Managers
Minimise dailyoperational costs and wastage (credit notes)
Build and maintainrelationships with internal and external customers
Maintain customerservice and quality standards.
Weekly and monthlyreporting according to required standards.
Up-to-date and accuratedocument management
Compliance withcompany implemented policies, procedures Safety, Health and Environmentstandards
YOUR PROFILEMatric orNQF Equivalent.
Diploma/Nationalcertificate in business administration preferred
2-4 years,experience in chemical industry advantageous
Must becomputer literate in MS office.
Working knowledge ofSAP advantageous.
