Customer Service Representative

Handles client concerns, inbound and outbound voice, email, chat and social media.Assists customers with their inquiries, requests, or orders by properly, completely, and accurately entering data in the support tools and/or client systems.Delivers excellent customer experience.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and for working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.Impacts the company's bottom line by problem solving and increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction/experience.Ensures high-quality output is maintained throughout each call.Ensures that all steps dictated in the support process are adhered to.Takes responsibility and has a good sense of accountability.Other tasks and deliverables may arise depending on business needs.Good grasp and understanding of customer engagement.Excellent English communication skills; has a good grasp of the language and can handle complex subjects and detailed conversations.Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately in demanding situations and to understand implicit meanings in them.Ability to function and adapt in a rapidly changing and evolving work environment.Ability to work independently and multitask.Ability to handle and deescalate irate customers.Applicant's Specifications & Qualifications:Should be at least 18 years of age.At least finished Matric.At least 1 year of customer service experience in any industry is preferred but not required.Computer literate with a minimum typing skill of 35 wpm with 90% accuracy.C2 Level English communication skills.Willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule, including rest days, holidays, weekends, and extended hours.
