Whether it's answering questions, troubleshooting problems, or simply brightening someone's day, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable interactions. The roster will be Tuesday-Saturday with varied starting times, some early mornings are required. Skills & Experience Requirements: · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. · Ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations. · Resilience to handle challenging customer interactions and maintain composure under pressure.· Previous customer service experience is a must!
