RESPONSIBILITIES:

Address customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
Assist our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns.
Focus on quality-based responses as the standard day-to-day.
REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal).
1 year of Customer Service experience is required.
Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Solutions-oriented and flexible.
INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:

Personally owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for Upload & Download speed.
A backup internet (10 Mbps) connection is required upon hiring.
