Customer Service Representative

Our Client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking x2 well experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their goal-driven team in Cato Ridge.
DUTIES: Establish strong trusting relationships with customers and Sales staff Attending to telephone calls and recording verbal orders Capture orders onto SAGE – received via email, reply, portals and telephone Attend to counter customers and order processing Invoicing picked orders and collating route supporting documents Cross border invoicing and required supporting documents Capturing stock exception report Putting together an organized accurate document pack for head office and sending on time Provide sales and customer support to the external sales team Attend to adhoc admin tasks QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS Minimum 2-3 year experience in an internal customer service position A high school matric qualification Vehicle license and own vehicle Good understanding and working knowledge of SAGE, excel, outlook and word.
