Customer Service Representative

DUTIES:

Establish strong trusting relationships with customers and Sales staffAttend to telephone calls and record verbal ordersCapture orders onto SAGE – received via email, reply, portals, and telephoneAttend to counter customers and order processingInvoice picked orders and collate route supporting documentsCross border invoicing and required supporting documentsCapture stock exception reportPut together an organized accurate document pack for head office and send on timeProvide sales and customer support to the external sales teamAttend to ad hoc admin tasks QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in an internal customer service positionA high school matric qualificationVehicle license and own vehicleGood understanding and working knowledge of SAGE, Excel, Outlook, and WordDisplay a positive solutions-based mindsetWell-presented with excellent mannerismsStrong communication skills – written and verbalHigh EQ and self-esteemGood organizational and administration skillsStrong ability to grow and develop product knowledge skillsGood interpersonal skills and teamwork mindsetTake care in maintaining your personal appearanceHigh levels of accuracyManage varied workload to ensure tasks are always up to date
