IntroductionTRACKER requires the services of a Representative: Customer Services for the KZN region to service a VIP Group of Dealerships. The successful candidate will be a dedicated resource for this dealership group and will be responsible for all administration duties. The role is based at the Durban office.
ResponsibilitiesProcess sales contracts/informationContracting, Loading of contracts and Voice LoggingMaintain region records, statistics reports and targetsArranging and following up on scheduling of fitmentsFollow up leads/queries – Product info, account queriesTyping and processing of documentation/informationReceive and administer incoming callsProvide service to both existing and prospective clientsProviding Quotes to clientsProvide service within the region as well as other departments/regions/staff within TrackerFiling of documentsLiaise with Dealers (Halfway Group), Fitment centres, Sales, staff at head officeReception and telephone dutiesEnsuring both the company and the customers' best interest is kept at heartSkills and KnowledgeAdministrative support to dealershipsMatric with at least 2 years' experience in an administrative rolePrevious experience in the vehicle tracking industry would be advantageousAttention to DetailAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office & Outlook
