A leading-edge international retail brand is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: Oversee sales operations, including onboarding accounts, SAP management, and order book management. Create and manage procedures to optimize business processes and streamline operations with 3rd party service providers. Provide actionable reporting on OTIF, returns, top sellers, and more. Lead and develop a Customer Service team to ensure excellent performance and customer centricity. Collaborate with S&OP and cross-functional teams to align on budgets, stock, and marketing plans. Requirements: Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience (3-5 years in a similar role). Proficiency in SAP B1 & DTW operations and advanced Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.
). Exceptional reporting and analysis skills with a knack for process automation. A strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
