Customer Service Representative: In-DeskAre you passionate and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service?Do you love improving a user's experience?Are you interested in the emerging Medical Aesthetics & Beauty industry?This might be the job for you.We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us in an exciting new venture.The Representative will be the first point of contact for patient enquiries on their medical aesthetics and beauty requirements.
They will be responsible for interacting with patients, discussing and learning about their medical requirements and plans, advising patients about suitable options in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities.
In addition, they help them book treatment plans and consultations at local clinics in the UK.The Company provides initial and ongoing training, daily product and clinical support as needed and a proprietary customer relationship management tool.
Qualified candidates must have a winner's attitude, unmatched work ethic, the ability to develop relationships quickly and a results-oriented mindset.
Sales/Service experience and a documented record of sales success will be advantageous.
Candidates may come from any industry, medical industry experience is not required.We offer a basic salary (R8000.00) and incentives/commissions based on bookings and productivity.Required Qualification:•A completed BCom/BA Degree or Diploma (Tourism, Communications, Marketing or relevant) (We will also consider 3rd/final year students).•1 Year previous call-centre experience advantageous.Requirements:•Eloquent English language (written and spoken).•PC user knowledge (G-Mail &G-Suite).•Pro-activity that comes with a strong professional and academic experience.Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display):•Resilient to challenges,•Bubbly personality,•Passion for customer satisfaction,•Good communication skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, time management & decision making.Please note that only short - listed candidates will be contacted.
