My client, a leading company in the iGaming industry, is seeking an Arabic Customer Service Host to join their team based in either Cape Town, Ceuta, or Lisbon.They offer betting and gambling products including sportsbook and online casino.This is an incredible opportunity to become part of a dynamic and market-leading organization.Please only apply if Arabic is your native language. Fluent in English is also a must.Main Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries via phone, email, and online chats in Arabic.Handle incoming and outgoing communications across multiple media platforms.Accurately input relevant information into company databases.Foster customer relationships and manage accounts, including promoting additional products and services.Resolve customer issues and provide solutions during your shift.Take full ownership of customer-related queries.Manage time effectively and adhere to scheduled shifts.Desired experience and skillset:2 + years of relevant work experience.Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Valid work or residence permit for Cape Town, South Africa, or Lisbon, Portugal, or Ceuta, Spain.Fluent in English with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).Availability for 24/7 shift rotations.Completed high school education.
