Sena Financial Services is a growing Intermediary and Financial Advisory Services company specialising in COID administration and distribution of Value-added Life Insurance Products.Purpose of the jobWe are looking for an energetic, well-spoken Customer Service Consultant to join our team and answer questions and requests from our customers. This role requires a person with excellent interpersonal skills to help our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering suggestions for additional products and services.Key DutiesLearning about the company's products/services and remaining updated with any changes.Listening to customer's concerns and providing information, answers, or responses.Communicating with customers by email, phone and face-to-face.Obtaining and correctly recording customer's information.Maintaining a detailed record of the client's queries and complaints.Ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell other products and services.Providing effective assistance during high call volumes.Escalating contentious enquiries and complaints to Management when necessary.Adhering to company policies and procedures.Living company values.Participating in company Projects from time to time.Meeting with management to discuss possible improvements to the company's customer service.Skills and CompetenciesAbility to work with people.Ability to work under pressure.Persuasion and influencing skills.Good Interpersonal skills are essential.Post Matric Diploma or Degree.Must be deadline-driven with good time management and organisation skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt well to change.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.The person must be multilingual with the ability to speak English and a minimum of 2 African languages e.g., Zulu, Xhosa, Sotho, Pedi and/or Tshivenda.Must be willing to work late when required.Timekeeping should be a part of your character.Good problem-solving skills.To applyEmail your CV to: ******
