Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for processing customer orders and executing deliveries as per the customer's request.Achieving the sales forecast, maintaining correct stock levels, processing complaints, and proactively liaising with the customer and promoting customer service excellence.Responsible for managing the customers' order book.Processing orders within lead time to achieve the sales volume.Invoicing to be aligned with the Revenue Recognition policy.Handling customer queries and complaints effectively and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution.Effective allocation of orders to available inventory to achieve working capital targets.Planning and following up on deliveries.Communicating priorities, urgencies, risks, and coordinating with relevant internal departments.Provides business continuity backup within the broader customer services team.Ensuring month-end reporting requirements are adhered to.Handling internal and external audit queries timeously.Your profileMinimum NQF level 6 supply chain related qualification with an accredited organisation.A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a customer services role within a manufacturing environment, handling both pre-sales and after-sales interactions with customers.Experience with SAP is essential specific to the sales order processing.Sales support experience would be an advantage.Our offerDuration: Permanent.Learning & Development.Get in touch:We strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
