Customer Service - Associate ( Talent Pool - Exotic Languages)

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport with Client Onsite and Remote audits.Partner with support and global teams for compliance deliverables.Partner with Operations teams to drive risk training, process controls, and risk assessments.Partner with global risk teams to enhance process controls and reporting.Driving Derisk drives on data privacy, social media, and others to enhance risk culture.Reporting risk, action planning, and follow-up for closure of risk mitigation.Drive data privacy assessments for the account.Drive remediations of gaps from data privacy assessments.Understand compliance and other regulatory requirements to process guidelines.Report for compliance defects and seek action closure within defined timelines.Understand confidentiality of reporting within the role.Complete floor walks and report suspicious activities.Establish SOPs according to the role requirement.Build regular reporting within the compliance function.Work cohesively within compliance role, supervisors, and operations managers.Desired Experience & Qualifications- High school diploma.- You must be able to speak the below languages at level C1:LugandaWolofTwiMandikaOromoTigreBambaraIgboDioulaInterested?Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
