Minimum Requirements: Matric, with further education in relevant fields considered an asset.Prior experience in customer service, ideally related to taxation or property management.Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Must be a current employee of Quantanite .Ability to work USA related shift patterns.
