Customer Service Agent (Italian)

A growing organization is seeking skilled and motivated Customer Service Agents to join its dynamic team.
The role involves assisting customers and external partners in resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Agents will handle various customer service tasks, such as managing reservation changes, cancellations, order confirmations, refunds, and special requests.
Proficiency in managing communications via email and phone is essential.
Agents may also contribute to ongoing projects, including process improvements or business continuity planning, and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Desired Qualifications and Skills: Experience: At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
A positive and proactive attitude is essential.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Italian.
Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools or equivalent.
Soft Skills: Adaptable, organized, and capable of multitasking.
A team-oriented mindset and self-motivation are key, as is the ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
Performance Focus: Experience working with key performance indicators (KPIs) or targets is a plus.
Work Requirements: This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts to ensure comprehensive customer support coverage.
