Customer Service Agent

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm from Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3pm on Friday

Remuneration Package: Pension plan Voluntary medical aid options available Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12 or equivalent 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or internal sales support role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email) and CRM systems Bilingual in English and Afrikaans Experience with ERP systems is essential Basic knowledge of export processes is an advantage Experience in the sales and manufacturing industry Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong team player who can also work independently Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism Strong numerical proficiency and technical savvy Exceptional organizational and time management skills Key Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Order Processing: Accurately capture sales orders within specified deadlines Invoice orders and ensure timely dispatch Process export orders, including necessary documentation Daily Order Management: Follow up on production and import orders, providing feedback to customers Manage blanket orders and export preparations Customer Interactions: Handle walk-in customers and process quotations efficiently Ensure timely responses to quotation requests Process payments for quotations and cash sales If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to ******.
