We are looking for a skilled and passionate Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels, including in-store, online, and social media. You will assist with laybye/deposit applications, TV license applications, customer invoicing, and after-sales service.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with in-store and online queries related to our products and services
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via social media channels
Process laybye/deposit applications and TV license applications for customers
Assist with customer invoicing and after-sales service
Ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services
Ensure a positive customer experience by being friendly, approachable, and attentive
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that require further attention
Keep up to date with the latest product and service offerings and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
RequirementsHigh school matric or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Basic computer skills and experience using social media platforms
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
