What We're Looking For: Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus but not required.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A solutions-oriented, adaptable attitude.
Tech Requirements: A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor or its equivalent .
