Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice, email, and live chatResolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalismEnsure first contact resolution by troubleshooting issues and providing accurate informationUpdate internal systems and escalate issues where necessaryDrive customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and helpful service experienceMeet service level agreements and performance targetsKey Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of successPrior experience as a 2IC (Second-in-Command) or Team Leader is highly desirableMatric qualification (Grade 12) is essentialStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft O365 and the ability to navigate various systems effectivelyProblem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a customer-first attitudeAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentMust be comfortable working shifts, Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00Preferred Attributes: Experience in roles dealing with escalations and complex issuesAmbitious, articulate, and a team player with a passion for customer service
