Customer Service AdvisorAn exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Service Advisor based in Sandton for our UK client. The successful person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Customers and Service Providers.THIS ROLE REQUIRES ZENDESK EXPERIENCE - IT IS PREREQUISITE.The ideal candidate:Will be a highly self-motivated individual with experience in a customer service role.Will provide excellent customer service to Customers and Service Providers.Will handle a high volume of phone calls throughout the day.Can apply common sense and logical problem-solving skills.Is able to communicate confidently in English with Customers and Service Providers.Can learn and adapt to new software systems quickly. Tech-smart.Is self-managed and able to work independently and as part of a team.Requirements:2 Years current and previous experience in a customer service role, involving outbound calls, in a call center environment.High energy to handle high volumes of phone calls throughout the shift.Excellent communication skills. Verbal and written.Organised and methodical.Practical, effective, strong problem-solving skills.MUST HAVE ZENDESK EXPERIENCE.Be willing to work in-office in Sandton, and on the UK calendar, UK hours, weekends and night shifts.This is a 24 / 7 / 365 customer service environment.Be willing to commit to interviewing in person and complete assessments.
