Based at their contact centre in Runcorn, your overall responsibility will be to provide excellent levels of customer service to our customers at all times.The position requires a professional approach to customer service and a desire for continuous improvement as you will be liaising with healthcare professionals. The role includes:Dealing with incoming callsPlacing customer ordersInvestigating and resolving customer queriesInforming customers on all aspects of our services and product rangesProactive service callsIt is essential that you have experience of working within either a contact center or busy customer service environment. You will be customer-focused with professional telephone and written communication skills. It is essential that you are able to work as part of a busy team and possess proficient keyboard skills. A customer service NVQ or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not essential.In return, we offer fantastic training and coaching with ongoing development opportunities. The role is full-time working on a shift rotation between the hours of 8.30am – 6pm with the occasional Saturday 9am – 1pm.INDPMS
