If you've got energy, ambition, and a passion for excellence, this might be the role for you! What You'll Be Doing: -Handling a high volume of phone calls like a pro-Offering stellar customer service to our Customers and Service Providers-Using your practical problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on- Learning new software systems with ease-Working both independently and as part of an awesome teamWhat We're Looking For: -A self-motivated go-getter with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or outbound calls-Someone with high energy to manage calls throughout the day (and night, we're on UK time!) -A person with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal-A multitasker who is organized, methodical, and has killer problem-solving skills-A fast learner who adapts to new software systems quickly (Zendesk skills?
