The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities:

Answer all customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

3-6 months of call centre or face to face customer service experience.
Matric or NQF Level 4 Equivalent / Grade 11 accepted as well.
Clear Crim & Credit history.
Able to work USA hours and flexible shifts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in using computers.
Multitasking and time management skills.
