With the customer at the heart of our business, we work as a team to break boundaries and ensure Laura James delivers quality furniture day after day to our growing customer base.The RoleWe have fantastic new opportunities within our Customer Service Team for high performing Customer Service Team Agents. We are looking for performance and achievement driven individuals with a track record of KPI achievement who are passionate about customer experience.Role: Customer Service AdvisorYou will have proven experience within a customer service industry and must be an expert in dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries, fluent and in strong command of English. You will be handling emails, phone calls, and live chats, responding to queries using CRM (Zendesk) with full training provided.Key Tasks:Being the main point of contact for telephone and chat enquiries.Dealing with general customer service incoming emails.Making decisions on outstanding cases, ensuring quick and high-quality resolutions.Key Skills required:Experience of working in a service environment (minimum 2 years preferred).Excellent communication skills (email and phone).Experience with varying CRM systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.Ability to handle multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.Able to work in a high-paced environment, managing many tasks at once.Must be a strong team player, confident under pressure with a 'can-do' attitude.Flexible and able to juggle many tasks at once.Meticulous attention to detail.If this opportunity excites you and you feel you are top in class, want an above-average remuneration package, and have the experience to take on this challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
