Job Description: Sales Agent (Call Centre) Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in the international call centre to promote and sell products or services. Meet or exceed sales targets through telesales techniques and strategies. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage potential customers and promote the company's offerings. Essential Qualifications: Minimum educational requirement: Matric (High School Diploma). Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers over the phone. You cannot be under debt review You cannot have an account in arears over 5000 rand You cannot have any criminal record Working hours (US campaign) 8 hour shift Desired Experience: Previous experience in an international call centre environment. Experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred. Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: R 7000 - R 7900 per month. Full-time employment with the opportunity for growth and advancement.
