As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a vital role in upholding this commitment across our organization.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer order management: From order capture to confirmation, you'll ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.Customer communication: Keeping customers informed about their orders, addressing any concerns promptly, and managing changes effectively are essential aspects of this role.Overdue order management: Proactively managing overdue orders and escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.Reverse logistics and inventory management: Handling returns, managing credit notes, and ensuring inventory accuracy are crucial for maintaining seamless operations.Building and maintaining customer profile: Contains key information about customers, i.e., delivery dates & times, back orders, and special requirements.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 or a NQF 4 EquivalentCustomer service-related qualification3-5 years of experience in a customer service environmentProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, E1, and SmartscanFamiliarity with customer service practices and warehouse/production inventory management processesSAPICS/APICS certification is a plusExperience with small project managementApplicants who have not heard from us within 20 days of their application may assume that their application has been unsuccessful and are hereby thanked for their interest.
