Customer Service Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity within the home textiles company, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
The Customer Service Administrator will report into the Customer Service Manager.
Customer Service Administrator ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via emails and phone calls.Address and resolve customer issues, including faulty items, returns, resends, and refunds through various customer platforms.Work closely with the sales team.Manage customer orders including inputting, holding, and cancelling orders.Upload orders for various clients.Release orders for processing and handle invoicing and credit activities.Liaise with couriers to arrange deliveries and to process claims for damaged or missing items.Send out copy invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes to customers.Manage sample orders from the warehouse.Customer Service Administrator SkillsPrevious experience in customer service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
