Customer Sales Consultant (Group 19 - Metal)

Our client is looking for a talented, vibrant, and highly motivated Customer Sales Consultant to represent their company as a brand ambassador.
This role requires a dedicated individual who can manage customer relationships, provide sales services, and contribute to the company's success in the metal industry.
Responsibilities: Service existing customers according to predetermined schedules.
Manage key accounts and develop the sales territory, including Umbilo, Jacob's, and Isipingo.
Regularly update customer information in line with company requirements.
Achieve sales targets and deliver on sales reports.
Actively seek new customers through networking and cold calls.
Maintain credit control by managing payment collections from customers.
Key Skills: Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant industry.
Knowledge of the metal industry will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (Afrikaans is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to manage accounts and build long-lasting client relationships.
Experience in key account management is beneficial.
Clear criminal and credit history.
Must reside within Durban City or a 20 km radius.
South African citizen.
Qualifications: Matric (or equivalent).
A valid driver's license with no endorsements.
