Customer Relationship Manager

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join their client's team in the Retail Industry. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, and identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
