Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (Account Manager) MiTek has a vacancy for a seasoned and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (Account Manager) to maintain the company's existing relationships with a client or group of clients, ensuring continued business with the company.
The role involves serving as the interface between the customer and the company, understanding customer demands, planning to meet these demands, and generating sales for the company as a result.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of general management experience in the building & construction industry.
Experience with Pamir or any design package or equivalent will be an advantage.
