As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, and driving customer loyalty.You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
