Customer Outreach Specialist (Cold Calling)

Overview:
We seek a highly motivated Customer Outreach Specialist to join our team remotely.
This role involves cold calling customers in the U.S., working during CST time zone hours (3 PM – 6 PM CST), and completing additional tasks such as market research during the rest of the workday.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, capable of engaging customers with confidence, and able to manage their time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility, persistence, and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers during designated hours (3 PM - 6 PM CST).
Engage with potential customers, introduce our services, and set up follow-up appointments or leads for the sales team.
Customer Relationship Building:

Develop customer rapport and create a positive first impression to build trust.
Market Research:

Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs and competitive trends.
Compile data and provide actionable insights to improve outreach efforts.
Follow-up and Reporting:

Document all call activities and outcomes in the CRM system (HubSpot) for accurate tracking.
Regularly report on key performance metrics related to cold calls and market research tasks.
Time Management and Flexibility:

Work on additional tasks during non-calling hours, such as research, CRM updates, and customer follow-ups.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:

Fluency in English is required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a similar role in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer outreach.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively over the phone.
Experience working remotely, with the ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to work during CST timezone hours (3 PM - 6 PM CST) and complete additional tasks throughout the workday.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and basic data entry.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to conduct market research and provide insights.
Experience working in a monitored environment (Hubstaff experience is a plus).
