Qualifications:Matric2-3 years experience in sales Requirements:Efficiently receive, process and invoice customer purchase orders for delivery or collection.Process credit notes as and when required.Strategically plan and schedule customer deliveries based on geographic areas and specific days by collaborating with drivers.Request quotations and arrange collections/ deliveries for clients who require that their orders be sent via courier.Verify and / update the accuracy of purchase orders, proforma invoices, and tax invoices / credit notes.
This includes verifying customers' company information, pricing, stock availability, and account status.Proactively contact customers through phone or email to address queries and provide timely feedback to customers and/ sales representatives regarding stock-related matters, including out of stock items, ETAs on back orders, delivery dates, and/ stock substitutes.Expedite orders through various departments, including finance, purchasing, warehouse, and sales.Generate customer collection and delivery pick slips for the warehouse to facilitate efficient picking and packing processes.Direct valuable feedback from customers to relevant departments and sales representatives to contribute to continuous improvement.Assist walk-in customers with existing and new collection orders, card and/ cash payments or stock related questions they might have ensuring a positive customer experience.Keeping up with product and service information and updates.Phone existing customers that have not yet placed monthly / bi-monthly order and / to generate additional sales.Assist with general office administration duties, including answering telephones, filing, scanning documentation, and other clerical tasksProvide support to various departments by undertaking additional tasks as and when requiredAssist with any internal sales requests and / queries / new sales opportunities, product enquiries (Explaining and demonstrating features of products) and quotations on EvolutionRevive customer accounts that havent bought and follow up and on current database leadsSource new potential customers to expand current customer database.
