This job is based in South Africa About the JobOur Customer Order Specialists are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales transactions within brsk.
This team reviews and verifies sales orders and customer information to ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and industry regulations.
The role will also include liaising with customers, internal departments, and contractors to facilitate the efficient fulfilment of customer orders.
This team is responsible for overseeing the order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Engage with sales representatives and customers during the ordering process.Review sales orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.Conduct verification calls with customers to ensure that they fully understand the terms of the contract they are entering into and to gather feedback on their experience.Conduct quality assurance checks on sales documentation to ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and legal requirements.Communicate with sales representatives and customers to resolve discrepancies or issues related to sales transactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and retentions, to address verification concerns and streamline processes.Maintain accurate records of verified sales transactions and documentation.Provide training and support to sales teams on verification procedures and best practices.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive customer information.Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to meet customer expectations.Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.Experience and SkillsProven experience in sales verification, order processing, customer experience, customer support, retentions, or a similar role.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Knowledge of sales is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and professionalism.Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.This role is fixed term for 3 months OtherYou will need your own reliable laptop and a strong fibre internet connection, as this is primarily a work-from-home position (you will be paid a monthly working-from-home allowance as well as a connectivity allowance).
You will also require a noise-cancelling headset, a quiet environment to work from, and backup power.Although this is a remote role, we may need to meet with the other members of the team for meetings and training; therefore, ideally, you must be based in or around Johannesburg.
