Successful applicants will benefit from being in an established and professional environment while still having the opportunity to grow and develop their skills.The position currently available is the role of a Customer Liaison and Sales Agent and daily responsibilities will include the following:Duties include:Scheduling and Co-ordinating deliveriesAnswering potential customers' questions and sending additional information over emailOptimizing operations to maximize efficiency & profitabilityGenerate revenue from upselling & cross-sellingManage sales related enquiries over email and phone callKeeping up with product and service information and updatesUpselling products and servicesExplaining product features and benefitsQualifications & Experience:Applicant must have proven experience in the sales and customer service fieldSkills & Attributes:Must be good communicators in English and AfrikaansMust have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.Excellent phone calling skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Strong listening and sales skills.Must have a valid South African driver's licenseMust be able to travel and work in the Randvaal, Gauteng areaOnly applicants that meet these requirements will be considered and shortlisted for the first round of interviews.CV's will only be considered if they are sent to ****** Type: Full-time
