Location: Wynberg Cape Town, South Africa About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused CX Agent to join our team.
This role requires a CX professional with a basic understanding of the US property market, including an awareness of interest rates and property-related terms.
As the first point of contact, you'll engage with customers, confidently carrying initial conversations and providing excellent service.
