CLC is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Centre Manager.

The Customer Experience Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of our Customer Experience Centre (CEC), which provides emergency assistance services such as Roadside Assistance, Household Assistance, Medical Assistance, and other related services. Ensuring the smooth functioning of the Centre by maintaining service quality standards and achieving operational objectives.
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQABusiness Administration / Management / Communication / Operations Management DegreeClear Criminal and ITC RecordsComputer Literacy – MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & other short-term softwareMinimum 10 Years Call Centre Management ExperienceBackground in Insurance and/or Emergency Assist industry Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQABusiness Administration / Management / Communication / Operations Management DegreeClear Criminal and ITC RecordsComputer Literacy – MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & other short-term softwareMinimum 10 Years Call Centre Management ExperienceBackground in Insurance and/or Emergency Assist industrySkills and Attributes: After Hours Availability (24/7 Customer Experience Centre)Ability to adapt to a growing departmentBilingual (English and Afrikaans)Strong leadershipExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsCustomer-centric mindsetEmotional intelligenceStrong conflict handling abilityStrong problem-solving abilityAnalytical skillsStrong understanding of statistics and reporting and take actions accordinglyAttention to detailTime managementVerbal reasoningAbility to work under pressureExcellent level of knowledge/expertise related to productsStrong understanding of CEC operationsDemonstrate ability to work well in a team as well as independentlyStrong confidentiality and morals NB: Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
