Where do you fit in? We are looking for a Customer Delivery Director, GPM to ensure client satisfaction and growth through successful project delivery. This role involves managing Project Managers and Associate Project Managers for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring studies are delivered on time and within budget.
What You Will Do: Foster the development and execution of the Global Project Management culture based on company values.Build, lead, and motivate geographically dispersed teams.Promote a culture of accountability through effective people management.Manage client expectations and execute resource management solutions.Develop and implement training and talent management strategies.Implement and monitor KPIs and metrics to meet client expectations.Partner with Commercial teams to meet client needs and drive growth.Identify areas for improvement and drive departmental initiatives.What You'll Bring: Ability to influence decisions without hierarchical authority.Courageous decision-making using professional experience and business context.Experience working with diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.Promote agility, growth, and accountability.Coaching skills for senior-level staff.Strong operational and business leadership skills.Innovative mindset with progressive experience.Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, or relevant experience.Deep knowledge of project management principles.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Ability to lead and get results through others.Strong work ethic with high initiative.Experience in organizational thinking and influence.Flexible work schedule for a global workforce.Strong presentation and negotiating skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Interested?
