Fast- growing company within the Telecommunications industry seeks Customer Care Supervisor with strong leadership and coaching capabilities, and previous relevant experience in managing a team.
Responsibilities: Staff supervision, performance output management and training Reporting and data analytics Query management and resolution Thorough and comprehensive division supervision and management Planning, implementation, maintenance and upgrades of systems, processes and staff required needs System monitoring, raising and liaising with IT in regard to Helpdesk support tickets Management support Requirements: Tertiary education required Minimum 3 years experience in managing a team (8 or more team members) Reporting and advanced analytical skills (including advanced Excel) Meticulous attention to detail Performance management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation Coaching and mentoring Technical proficiency Experience in a call center / customer care environment advantageous Valid drivers' license and own vehicle Apply: ******
