Contract Management: Loading of new clients and updating existing client details on all systems (Pastel, RPX / CRM)
Customer Care (After sales Service): Client queries, complaints, reporting, assisting all departments with Client Related queries
Strong administration skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills (English)
