Own transport is non-negotiable.Note: This is a night time position only; 8-hour shifts will fall within the hours of 16:00 to 03:00.Remuneration: R360 per shiftMinimum Requirements:MatricFlexible and able to work after-hours shiftsMust have own transportResponsibilities:Handle all inbound customer care callsAllocate, dispatch, and manage drivers to ensure required service levels are metData captureConvert inbound sales enquiriesExhibit excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquetteMaintain a customer-focused approach with an open attitude towards customersWork under pressureDemonstrate good attention to detail when capturing customer informationBe energetic and able to use initiativeBe reliable, committed, and take pride in your workIf you have the skills listed above, please send your CV to ******.
