Customer Account Manager

Requirements:MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook to good level of proficiency.The candidate must as a minimum have passed Grade 12 (Matric) and a professional qualification in Logistics, Marketing or Sales will be a distinct advantage.Behavioural Competency requirements:Trustworthy and dependable.Attention to detail.Ability to work accurately under pressure.Very strong numerical skills.Strong administration skills.Independent and task orientated individual.Ability to learn and adapt in a fluid environment.Excellent written and verbal communication. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:Planning, Ordering, Stock and Logistics Management:Accurate planning and maintenance of the customers demand plan and placement of weekly orders.Executing the administrative and logistic requirements to ensure the timeous and accurate delivery of products to the customer.Customer and Client Liaison:Forge and maintain Customer and Agent relationshipsServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters. Clearly communicating and updating the customers on orders and shipments.Administration:Generate weekly vessel loading planManagement of container bookingsGenerate loading instructionsGenerate Invoices and Credit NotesProcessing of Account SalesActively participating in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015Please note should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
