Our client manages a large portfolio of commercial properties ensuring site safety is managed and effectively supported.
As the Customer Account Executive you will effectively manage the customer and site requirements accompanied with the scheduling of internal engineers to support with queries.
from a help point of view.
Containing varied responsibilities for the hungry candidate to get stuck into this role.
If you're a confident communicator with an ability to provide a positive customer experience this is the position for you.
You will be effectively managing the relationships between our clients engineers and their customers.
Effectively managing their workloads and scheduling based upon priority and clients requests.
This role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract however due to the companies growth plans this could be extended.
