Your opportunity:
The MD Program is one of the largest undergraduate medical education programs in Canada, educating over 1,000 students with an innovative curriculum. The Office of Curriculum supports all aspects of curriculum development and delivery across the Program.
As the Curriculum Coordinator, you will support various activities across the Office of Curriculum, providing exceptional service for staff, faculty, and students, and managing online course materials, assessments, and evaluations.
Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating tasks for projects and strategic initiatives with stakeholdersCoordinating the development and maintenance of online course information and organizing course evaluationsProviding basic support in resolving technical issues and general referralsProviding detailed information on programs and coursesCoordinating recruitment and training processes for exam invigilators and examination schedulesProviding committee support and writing routine documents, including meeting minutesResolving issues within the scope of the role and escalating problems as requiredKeeping well-informed on university programs, policies, and proceduresEssential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum two (2) years of experience in academic program administrationExperience coordinating time-sensitive projects and managing multiple prioritiesExperience with course materials, assessment, and evaluationsExperience coordinating exams, room bookings, and event logisticsExperience providing committee support and updating course materialsExperience compiling and analyzing data and generating reportsAdvanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite and learning management systemsEffective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and exercise good judgmentAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAssets (Nonessential): Experience working with MEDSIS and/or ElentraTo be successful in this role you will be: AdaptableInsightfulOrganizedClosing Date: 12/06/2024, 11:59PM ET
