You would be responsible for all teacher onboarding, curriculum, inspections and more.Role ResponsibilitiesBUSINESS OPERATIONS AND PEOPLE LEADERSHIPDrives financial performance and productivity for all operational aspects of the centerEffectively analyzes curriculum evidence in the center; creates action plans based on past performanceTrains outstanding talent and ensures center is fully staffed with high performing teachersEffectively manages labor; ensures appropriate ratios are always intactForecasts future enrollment based on annual graduationPlans all eventsManages center inventoryIn partnership with Center Director, conducts team meetings to communicate important information and set a directionCUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTExecutes TLE brand event within the center and implements local marketing activities.Oversees social mediaEffectively uses social media channels for parent engagement and retentionNurtures leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment.Leads tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customersHas a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the communityMaintains the lead tracking portal and customer databaseCoordinates the registration process and maintains customer and employee information in center systemsResponsible for communications to familiesRetain and Train all teachersPlans and manages budget for "parent pleasers"Qualifications3+ years' experience in retail/store management - cross-industry experience is welcomeDemonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales settingAbility to leverage data to understand the business and make decisionsBachelor's degree preferredCompensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per yearThe Learning ExperienceAt The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.
