Cultivation Manager

Pretoria Area - Gauteng: Our client is looking for a Cultivation Manager to join the team.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural degree in horticulture or similar advantageous Five years of experience overseeing operations at a farm with multiple tunnels Previous experience with peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes advantageous Computer literate Must have a strong track record of managing and overseeing complex operations Experience working with teams and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals Must be able to work independently Must be a highly organised and detailoriented Experience managing projects and people Strong admin and financial acumen Valid drivers licenseRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clients' cannabis project. Ensuring that all tasks and assignments from the cultivation director are followed and that the project runs according to schedule. Reporting on how the operations is going and providing regular updates to the cultivation director. They should be able to think on their feet to solve problems and manage unexpected situations that may arise.
